Het Meldpunt voor politiegeweld bij demonstraties wordt aangeboden door de Landelijke Studentenvakbond. Voor dit meldpunt worden persoonsgegevens verwerkt en in deze privacyverklaring zijn we daar graag transparant over.
Persoonsgegevens
Voor de technische werking van de website meldpunt.lsvb.nl en het formulier worden het IP-adres en de browseragent verwerkt op een realtime basis. Voor een goede beschikbaarheid en beveiliging van de infrastructuur worden deze persoonsgegevens tevens opgeslagen voor ongeveer een maand. De grondslag voor deze verwerkingen is gerechtvaardigd belang.
Er wordt geen gebruik gemaakt van cookies, trackers, third-party resources. Wil jij beter beschermd zijn tegen cookies, trackers en advertenties op het internet? Kijk dan ook eens bij de drie onderstaande open source browserplugins:

Jouw rechten
Als bezoeker van een website (de ‘betrokkene’) waar jouw persoonsgegevens verwerkt worden (zoals meldpunt.lsvb.nl), heb je rechten die je kunt inzetten. Je hebt de volgende rechten:
- Recht op inzage
- Recht op rectificatie
- Recht op beperking
- Recht op verwijdering
- Recht op bezwaar
- Recht op overdraagbaarheid
Voor meer informatie over deze rechten kun je terecht op de website van de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Dit is de onafhankelijke Nederlandse toezichthouder voor de verwerking en bescherming van persoonsgegevens. Je kunt een verzoek of bezwaar sturen naar lsvb@lsvb.nl. Er wordt dan contact opgenomen om het vervolg af te stemmen. Ook als je geen gebruik wil maken van een recht, maar wel een vraag of zorg hebt over de verwerking van persoonsgegevens kun je terecht op dat e-mailadres.

The Reporting Point for police violence at demonstrations is offered by the National Student Union (Landelijke Studentenvakbond). For this reporting point, personal data is processed, and in this privacy statement, we aim to be transparent about this.
Personal data
For the technical operation of the website meldpunt.lsvb.nl and the form, the IP address and browser agent are processed on a real-time basis. For the proper availability and security of the infrastructure, this personal data is also stored for approximately one month. The legal basis for these processing activities is legitimate interest.
